      * IVOA Arch Draft Note - discuss: 
         * basic organisation; FAIR arch diagrams; dependency diagram for each section
         * *We discussed the current draft of the Arch Draft Note; Was trying to use the FAIR acronym on architecture diagram - good for Exec but doesn't map so well for more detailed diagrams; Decided End of April of goal to wrap up; This note will need to be reviewed/endorsed by the Exec. Also discussed diagrams & format of those diagrams ... folks noted that were hard to keep up to date; Pat suggested they are static for the length of a Arch Doc update; Janet suggested once per TCG term - ~3 years. There was a suggestion that Badges were simpler than diagrams - needs review.*
      * Announced Working Drafts: MOC 2.0 - Apps WG (16Nov2020) 
         * *Discussion brought up the Mathieu was leaving CDS; Suggested he writes things up before he leaves (believe in a few weeks); Apps group will need to follow-up*
      * DM Data Annotation workshop (Feb 25) - meeting to present process

         * *GWS/Theory requested a Joint Science Platform themed workshop to be sprinkled throughout the interop - thinking about 3 or 4 sessions, 24 hours apart.
