Time Domain Interest Group at the Sep 2013 Interop Meeting (Waikoloa)

We will have one session at this meeting, primarily to review the status of various documents. Most of the meeting will be open discussion to review feedback received at the Heidelberg Focus Session. Since we are now an Interest Group and not a Working Group there may also be some organizational matters to discuss.
