During these sessions we took census of the group on a number of proposals. Most of these were related to details in the specifications, but we also discussed proposals related to the issue of graininess. Since not all active members of this working group could attend the meeting, we want to summarize the proposed changes, the consensus of the group, and open them up for further comment before we finalize the acceptance of the decisions.
