  • Ian: update the google sheet/Note with your inputs - inform the group when you've made a pass
  • All / think about what makes sense for your project and add to the Google sheet
  • JE/BK: Initiate planning of the Plenary with other groups and ensure HEIG has their part complete
  • BK/others: further plan structure of HEIG Obscore note
  • MS further plan the Paris meeting April 29/30 and let the group know the topics/times/contribs needed if any

• Discuss Workshop in Paris (29-30 April) - Mathieu
  • MS described the Paris meeting taking up topic important to HE as they have done on the past; it was decided the schedule would include time good for folks from other locations to join; the next HEIG meeting will be a session of the Paris mtg
• Discuss current state of Obscore work

  • We reviewed the Google sheet and explained it was a staging for discussion before entry into the Working HE Note. Please don't be shy about adding an entry - we will all learn. It was suggested to add a Use case doc (Added as new sheet to the existing doc); and a few more columns in the Obacore table - DONE
• Discuss Interop Planning
  • Marco suggested possibbility of a Plenary if we are far enough along to coordinate decisions with other groups
  • The plenary needs to be planned with Radio, Timing, HEIG for extension content, then DM, DAL, Registry on how to handle extensions to ObsCore in the VO.
