This outlines the roadmap for development activities by the various IVOA Working and Interest Groups between the November 2024 (Malta) and June 2025 (Maryland) Interops.

   * Upgrade Website: Restructure and update the current website content framework to highlight key areas, and develop dedicated sections for education, outreach, and media promotion.
   * Develop Educational Resources: Create curriculum outlines and content for different groups of people, including online videos, materials, and handbooks for different educational stages.Incorporate AI teaching content to prepare students and researchers for the future of astronomy.
