   * *MCD* - MCD suggested Use cases that follow a story board are helpful to WGs that work to implement the standards; Mark will make several examples available to guide HEIG contributors
   * *ALL* - Several specific use cases were mentioned to add and we're sure they are more - (Events lists, science alerts (multi messenger), Vos-Obj, response functions) - Let's work to add use cases
   * *MS/MCD* - Move the Draft Note to Git with the help of MCD who has done this before for IVOA notes/docs
   * *ALL* - Looking for volunteers for co-editors so we have limited number of folks making changes to doc - collect up inputs from the group and aggregate/filter/discuss on mail list and make doc changes
   * *JE/MS* - Send note to IVOA mailing list to ensure we're not a closed, but open group welcoming membership to those in the HE community. Email will need to be drafted and then reviewed by this group to ensure we covered it all.

   * Moving forward as an IVOA Interest Group -
      * *JE took the HEIG plan to the Exec mtg on Dec 13. There are no formal procedures to become an interest group. A good plan is to have a note, plan a Plenary at the Interop, then present to the Exec for formal acceptance. There was support fo this plan with mild concern that the IVOA in general has trouble finding Ch/V Ch for these positions and the questions whether it needed to be formalized into an Interest group. JE favored an IG cause it gives stature in the IVOA. She also suggested that the Exec reviews IGs and perhaps retires one or more that have achieved their goals instead.*
   * *Discussed that it would be good to come up with an initial Roadmap - From the Note & Use cases as input and community feedback; How does it relate to actions/tasks within the IVOA - further discussion needed*
   * Presentation from Nov Interop by Mathieu (leading to a HEIG IVOA Note) -
      * *MS provided an overview of the HEIG note that was started at ASOV workshops.*
      * *It is a good start and there were suggestions made at the meeting. It was decided that with other IVOA documents, that Git was the place to put this note so that contributions could be made by HEIG members. We should come up with an author list and funnel comments through those folks. FB pointed out that once conversation starts on the mail list, it is necessary for the lead to summarize the discussion and how it applies to changes in the note.*
