Program Preparation - IVOA Northern Spring 2025 Interperability (June 2-6, 2025)

please highlight time of day constraints, e.g. SKA PI planning involved people

IILG - 1 session - IVOA & IAU, plenary, can fit into 60'
DM - 1 session - ObsCore & Extensions, joint or plenary: better plenary and early in the week
- HEIG agrees: Include Radio,Time,HE IGs on extension, DM, DAL, Registry - let's glue this all together! (JE)
- RadioIG agrres as well (MK)
DM (lead) - 1 session - model modularity, levels, endirsement - full open TCG discussion, plenary
Semantics - 1 session (no chair in person)
version transitioning - if mature enough - lower priority placeholder, it could be a splinter
Local plenary with NASA missions, eg Roman and the two probes in Phase A (AXIS and Prima)
Web Pages & al. - discussion session
DAL - 2 sessions - ideally in morning time in the US (DAL chair will be remote, in France): e.g. sessions at 9:00 or 11:00
KD - 1 session (chairs remote)
Registry - 1 regular session + a 2h hack session in smaller room (with tables if possible) for Registry Spring Cleaning. Both sessions in the morning (chair remote in Paris = UTC+2, vice-chair in person)

DM - 2 sessions in addition to the above group/plenary meetings; though only 1 may be needed. Nearly all the active DM participants and 1 chair are attending remotely, so 1 morning slot would be greatly appreciated.
